Michigans adventure cought up in another court battle.

Who would buy Steel Venom, it's not the best ride, I could see a deal with HyperSonic and Steel Venom going to the same company. :0 it's just an idea.

Alot of parks would buy it. HyperSonic is probably going to be scrapped. SV will most likely go to Dorney and marketed as the "Fastest Inverted Coaster in the North East".

So let me get this staight there going to take it apart before the season starts and start bringing it to a park to be stored and then most likely would be built at that park in 08 right?

I have no clue. Right now there working on deconstructing X Flight and then they have to do something to the land it sits on. I see it SBNO for the 07 season. I don't see why they don't run it for this season then take it out next season.

They confirmed that it will be taken down and put into storage. As for exactly where it's being stored, that doesn't really matter, does it? It's not like you can ride it when it's in storage, and I doubt they'll have tours in the warehouse where it's stored saying "...and if you look to your left, you'll see parts of Stell Venom..."

As for what park will it ultimately be built at? My vote is on CW if it stays in the chain. DP would just be too much of a waste for the potential of ROI for the ride, especially given some other just-about-confirmed rumors in its future.

I agree with them fighting it, but Michigan is such a pain in the rear with the bereaucrats trying to make a buck and justify their overpaid, unnecessary jobs. The battle with just continue, costing not only the taxpayers money, but Cedar Fair in legal costs. We all lose in this one.
