MiA's Hypercoaster

Does anyone know what happened to the hypercoaster clause that was supposed to be a part of the sale between the original owners and Cedar Fair? Was this just a rumor and not really part of that sale?

I'm very happy with how CF has turned the park around and I think adding a hypercoaster would have been a foolish mistake since Shivering Timbers is basically a wooden hypercoaster anyway. I've heard people call it the "Wooden Magnum". I was just curious about this topic to see if anyone knows anything about it.

Hypercoaster clause? Sounds like something an enthusiast would make up...

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

^I thought we always got what we wanted by sending emails and posting on message boards spreading rumors because we were super special awesome. *** Edited 11/24/2007 6:40:07 PM UTC by P18***
I think it's filed next to the contract that requires Cedar Fair to buy Intamins in batches of three.
