MiA Brochure Observation

Ok. I just got the new Michigan's Adventure brochure and I am looking at the picture if a Shivering Timbers, and something just didn't look right. I finally realized what it was... I don't see Kara on the train. Does anyone else find this weird?

Are you sure it was a real MIA brochure? Or could it be a cheap imitaiton? Only real MIA brochures have Kara in them!

Only the real MiA brochures have the park's GM and her husband posing as "guests" in the photos :oP

As Kara said, they are definitely "ghetto" this year.

They certainly didn't list anything "new". Not even a Camp Snoopy. I guess CF decided it was best to do more cosmetic work. Although I do believe they extended the train a bit.

When you think about it, a $5 million cap expansion in a park with 400K visitors per year is equivalent to a hypercoaster at a park that draws a million visitors a year.

You should almost expect a 'quiet' year for '03.

Haha, you guys are as suprised as I am ;). Actually, I don't even remember which year but there's a pic of me in the brochure on...you guessed it, Frog Hopper!

Anyways, this brochure is super ghetto-rific. On Hydroblaster its our GM, Camille, and our rides manager Andre. On the Carousel is family of Camille. In the ST photo, you can clearly see an employee in uniform, which may I add is against the rules. Not to mention Corkscrew on the cover?! Riiiight.

Hey, I'm no PR rep yet...officially anyways (eventhough I have been nicknamed the parks best advertising;)). Aren't I allowed to criticize/make fun of my own park every now and then :)?

I'd say for GP purposes (which is what they're shooting at) its fairly well put together. Don't ever question my love for MIA..hehe.
