Mexico's Morgan Coaster

Wednesday, May 1, 2002 3:51 PM

I know this coaster has been discussed before, but I just wanted to point out that the name chosen for this one is Superman: The Escape (Escape de Superman) This coaster was originally set to open for this season, but they ran into problems with the permits.

Yea, they didn't apply for them, and started construction. The government shut down the land clearing operations, and sent the equipment home until the zoning is cleared.

I think the color scheme will be red & white with possibly a little blue thrown in for good measure,a while back screamscape had some pic's of the supports for the coaster and they were indeed white.

Blech. Looks like the old steel force style trains. I liked the PR trains much better.

AC?, RB?, MF?, DD?, PR? Who can keep track of it all?

Ahhh...but the PR trains aren't Morgan trains. If you want to get specific, they are Arrow trains with Morgan bodies on them.
