Britain's Merlin Entertainments is to open a Legoland theme park in South Korea, as part of its long term expansion plans to generate more of its income from overseas markets. The park is expected to open in 2017.

Looks like it is about 50 miles from Seoul and equidistant from the border. I'm sure they are far enough from the demilitarized zone to not worry about Kim Jong Un.

1950's cold war Korea? Ok, then maybe, I don't know.
But I do know these days it's far from what you would consider a combat zone.
I have several friends formerly and currently in the military in South Korea. And when asked, they'd like for me to call you out on your Bull S*it.

I didn't call you ignorant, I said it was an ignorant thing to say. And one of my coworkers from S. Korea would like to pass along his own call about B.S.

There was a war in Korea--60 years ago. I am surprised that Disney opened Euro Disney and Tokyo & Shanghai Disneys in "Combat Zones" from WWII.
How do King's Dominion, BG Williamsburg, SF over Georgia survive being located in "Combat Zones?" (Civil War battles were fought in all of those areas)
Not to mention Hershey Park is near Gettysburg. :)
