memoriaal day crowds - CoasterBuzz

i am planning to go to dorney park on memorial day? Do most park have big crowds memorial day since its a holiday or isnt it too bad? any info would help thanks!!

I have two crystal balls. I asked both of them they they each proclaimed that "Dorney park will be extremely crowded on Memorial Day weekend. Please stay home."

If you think it's smart to go to a park on the same day that most people are off work and out of school, go for it. You won't find me at a park this Memorial Day.

I have consulted the Oracle and it has informed me there will be 24,323 people at Dorney Park this coming Memorial Day. The longest line of the day will be Talon, with approximately 3274 people in line at 10:45 am. The shortest line will be at Laser, with a mere 134 people at 9:32 pm.

Also, the Oracle mentioned a cook may spit in the chili at the hot dog stand around 12:15 pm, so I would either get my chili dog earlier, or not at all.

you stupid people i ask a simple question. I just wanted past feedback from people who were at any park on memorial day. If there are any serious and non stupid people out there thank you. otherwise youre all morons.

Jesse - use some common sense. If you think it won't be crowded on a day when most people are off work and out of school, then go!

Of course Memorial Day is crowded at themeparks. It's the traditional kick off to the normal amusement park season for most parks i.e. parks will now be open during the week instead of just weekends. As Mamoosh said, most people have the day off, and many waterparks also open for the season. Seeing as Dorney has ten new waterslides opening up, you might luck out in the main park. That is, if they are ready, and if the waterpark does open up on Memorial Day.
