Medusa's Drop@Mt. Olympus No More

Mt. Olympus has removed Medusa's Drop Go Kart track. This is the one that had the triple down on it. Most of the asphalt course has been put into the Titon's Tower Go Karts. I don't why the park still has it listed. I have pixs but one of them is not the best quality.

Dang...that was the best cart track at the park. The triple down was amazing!

Especially considering they removed the bridge hop when they closed off the tunnel on the Poseidon track. No more go-kart airtime there now. :(

When I checked out Mt. Olympus this weekend, I was wondering which track contained the elusive airtime. Now I know.

Bummer....that course ROCKED.

Maybe that means they are getting insurance?

I rode the MD track 3x during the day we were there, and got one ride with a *moving* go-kart. The triple-down on that one race....scared me. In the VERY good way... ;)

You gotta be kidding me. That was easily the best track in the park! I'm gonna miss it so much. There was nothing more entertaining then going airborne in a little go kart.

Some of their other tracks are still fun, but this one will surely be missed. I hope this doesn't mean Mt. Olympus is trying to tame down their rides. I was looking forward to going up there and trying their wave pool of death they were building, as well as their crazy go karts.

Wow, that REALLY sucks the big rotten bitter crushed asprin.

That was the best ride there, period!
