I think Medusa East is a hair shorter(in height and length), has a curved drop and a standard cobra roll.

Medusa West has a straight first drop, East doesn't. Dive loops are angled differently. East has a cobra roll, West has a "sea serpent." West has a flatspin directly after the block, East has a helix. West doesn't have interlocking flatspins, East does. West has two helices, East only has one.
I think that's about it, anymore questions, I'll try and answer 'em. :)

Legendary nailed it. Medusa west also has "pea gravel" in the supports to silence it. It is dead quiet which is really weird for a B&M!
I also believe that Madusa east and Batman Knight Flight are the same design?

Medusa E drops to the left, Knight Flight to the right.
No two B&M coasters (with the exception of B:TR clones and that Raptor clone in Japan) are alike.
Chang is Very similar to Mantis,The two dive coasters are exactly the same,I hear Kumba and Medusa East are almost the same.
