This is...... poetry. And it looks bloody awesome too :)

Am I seeing things right? Does that camelback before the helix turnaround almost invert the train at the crest of the hill?

That's what it looks like to me.

Although spending the money to go to Europe just to ride that thing is sounding less and less crazy with each new picture!

Man, I hope Xcelerator has some wicked twisting like this on turns!

Even though Xcelerator won't feature anything like that over banked hill, don't think for a second that the non-inverting top hat isn't going to be 100% freakish. This thing is going to turn a lot of heads when track starts going up, just like Goliath has.

It looks kind of short, much longer than Xcelerator but still.

I like to call that little hill a vertical camelback :)

Actually, I didn't mean the hill, I was talking about the banked turns at the bottom. I've only seen a drawing of Xcelerator, and it doesn't really give a good indication of how extreme the banking will be on the turns. If they almost invert like Goliaths or the first turn on MF, that'll be sweet!

Goliath is looking absolutely insane...just looking at some of the pics has me salivating madly. The twister portion of the layout looks very similar to the divine middle portion of SROS @ SFNE and the overbanked flip turn hill (or whatever you want to call it :-) looks like it'll deliver some wild (and strange!) sensations.

Count me in for the second half of ACE Europe...Goliath has really put that portion of the trip completely over the top for great rides. Expedition Ge-Force, Tonnere de Zeus and now Goliath...it must be nice to be European right now :-)
