Who/What are they?

Not really sure what you're talking about, but do a search and spell it right.

http://www.martin-vleminckx.com/ is their website, and attentive buzzers will see that Vernon *DID* spell it right, correctly, whatever. Mostly wooden construction and maintenance/repairs from what I understand....

They are constructing #16 at Cedar Point.

There claim to fame is wood coaster tracking and re-tracking. They worked on the GE Comet, they re-tracked the Rebel Yell in the mid-90's, the did the track work on the Wild One in '99 too I think plus numerous other projects. They have a reputation for doing top notch work, I think they did the Dania Beach Hurricane as well.

I think they did work on Canobie's Yankee Cannonball in 2001/2002 as well.
