MARDI GRAS - SIX FLAGS STYLE @ SFGAM

Six Flags is celebrating Mardi Gras their way in Orleans Place August 7-11. This new event added for this year should make an excellent addition to Six Flags Great America's special events planned for the parks 27th season.

It should also make for a good week not to visit the park as the crowds will be unbearable.  I had the misfortune of visiting there last year during Rock and Roll day and there wasnt a coaster in the park with a line shorter than an hour(even Demon).  Thanks but no thanks.

Yeah and if Demon had a line you knew the park had to be crowded (thank you green wall, you hid the Demon quite well)

They're having that at Six Flags Darien Lake too....i think in June.  How much do you wanna bet that they'll hold 'mardis gras' (fat tuesday) on a saturday or a day that's not tuesday!
