Manual order processing?

I got a message after laying down the $25 that my order would have to be processed manually and that I would receive a notice in less than 24 hours about the status...

I paid by credit card, BTW.

Is this normal or not?

No. For some people it seems to work instantly, others have to wait a bit. I'm not sure what the deal with it is. If you haven't gotten your email with the info after a couple of hours give them a call to find out what's up.

I would but it, but the simulator part runs extremely slow!

Should I wait until (if) I get a newer and faster computer?

Mostly you need a good video card. Anything above a 400 mhz or 500 mhz PIII should be fine for the processor. GeForce 2 mx cards will run really well, and they're pretty cheap.

if you order by check do you have to wait till they get the money? or can i get it then send it?it might seem like a dumb question but i gott know. ohh yeah,is it a secure credit card site, safe?

If you pay by check you have to wait till they recieve your check and process it.

I'm guessing with no basis here, but I think one of the reasons a CC order might be delayed is if you enter credit card address and name info that is different than the name and address you entered on the first order page. Just guessin' though, someone will probably prove me wrong in a few hours ;)

Not true... we process CoasterBuzz Club memberships in real time, and they're checked against zip codes and what not. You can also download POP Forums instantly when you order that. I have to say that I'm fairly unimpressed with their ordering system.

i just got my email after ordering and i got the 24 hour message. how long did this take some people to get? and what if something happens when you DL it? like you get cut off or something?

You get about two weeks to d/l it & then it expires. I assume it can be d/l'd more than once if you get cut off.

how long does it usually take? like hours? or days?
