Man sues Dollywood for $20 million, says coaster caused brain damage

PGA golfer David Duval also suffers from, what I believe, is Vertigo. His game has suffered tremendously since his condition has been diagnosed. What I have not heard about him is that it was caused by some kind of outside force and not a pre-existing condition.

I found this and it does say that it could be caused by some type of head injury.

It seems that this is just another scam to recieve money for an incident that may/ may not have been caused from a ride. The $20 million lawsuit is probably high with the hope that DollyWood will settle out-of-court.

As far as his wife's lawsuit: Have your husband "stand up" and admit that he needs Viagra.

Paramount's Great America should sue David Duval because his condition sounds a lot like the name of one of their coasters. Duval should file a countersuit because Paramount is making light of his condition.
Funny Rob,

Well I am sueing all the amusement parks that I have visited because my wife will soon divorce me because all my vacations revolve around roller coasters.

: )

I got a very bad case of brain freeze from some of that utterly blue ice cream at Holiday World earlier this year and now I can't go to King's Island in fear that I might run into a smurf. I'm going to sue both parks! (And I may sue my wife for loss of her consortium.)

Life is an amusment park -and I can't get off of the damn spinning teacups!
"He may not have known about some condition that he may have had which caused this, so the signs in front wouldn't have mattered (even though his lawyer says there were no warnings)."

I'm laughing as I read this. How in the world can an amusement park be aware of a condition that you are not aware of? Maybe they should hire Miss Cleo and she can sit at the beginning of the queue line so as to inform anyone of any pre-existing conditon they may have and are not aware of.

Not that you mention it, mine do as well. I asked Missy if she wanted to something different this year like go to Yellowstone or even the Rocky Mountains and she was like "only if there is a park near by" and then it was HER that told me we were going to Hersheypark and Dorney this year. Man I am one lucky guy. :)

Oh back on topic - I think FITH at SDC is a lot more forceful than BF at DW. Whatever, give him his 15 minutes and be done with him.

Too funny Swoosh, I try to get my wife to go to parks, she will but I have to throw in something she will like doing or some material object.

Example is we went to LV last year and going back out in about a month. In order for me to go to Knotts and SFMM, I bought her a 400 dollar purse plus she got to gamble while I was riding the coasters.

Yeah a 400 dollar purse for a trip to 2 parks, does that make me a sucker Emgee now???????

When we go back out, we are going to Randy's Donuts for her birthday but I get to go back to SFMM.

hes so brain damages yet he knows what hes doing in court.. nothing more then a cash grab. Pathetic.

For $400, I would have picked a better park than SFMM to go to. ;) Were at least half the coasters open AND operating when you were there? If so count yourself lucky.
