Making older Steel hyper coasters smoother?

Is there away of making older steel hyper coasters or more smoother instead of rough? Example Magnum XL 200 can they make it more smoother?
Magnum XL 200 has character, so why take it away?
Steel hypers should be rough. If it has a lapbar, it should be rough. That is a problem with Raging Bull, it's too smooth!

Cyclops. 1900 feet of CCI goodness.
Maybe doing something to the surface of the track? Or new trains to absorb the shock.

most arrow coasters are rough because all of the wheels do not make constant contact with the track. Supposedly X will not have this problem. However, I think Magnum XL is not too rough, it's smoother than Desperado which I also think is fine. I mean, they aren't rougher than most woodies, and they don't have OTSR's.
Magnum's only bumpy when it gets down its first hill and in the helixes.
The Magnum is perfect how it is

Cedar Point, doesn't get any better then that:)
Magnum is getting really rough and bumpy. Do somethin to make it smoother.

Magnum doesn't have any helixes.
Arrow has actually fixed its problems with the roughness and through the transistions. They have tightened the wheel assemblies, and have smooth out the transistions
