Making Hills?

I know this has to be possible because on Jeff's Mountain Pass park, there are a lot of hills. So, how do you do it? On RCT1, you just used the land feature, and it was very easy. Now, that feature isn't possible. So, how do you do it?
I know, it's frustrating that you can't do it while in the game. The way you do it is in the Scenario Editor that's the one and only place it's possible.

The below statement is true.
The above statement is false.

And you can't get back to ttthe screen that allows you to make hills if you "convert saved game to senario"

you can always just manually build hills by raising each individual land tile. sure, it's frustrating, but you get more control over how it looks as opposed to the land feature.

it's not my birthday.

Creating mountains in the game engine can be very costly as one little mistake can change many squares. I never really used that tool in the original RCT, but I do use it in the scenario editor.

use the larger cursor, it will make it go faster.
