Magic Springs has confirmed that they are getting an S&S Double Shot, topping off around 100 feet. Also, rumors have indicated that they may assemble the old mine train from Six Flags St. Louis and Dollywood in time for the 2001 season. The site also hints at other rides and live entertainment.

AHHHH.. the old mine train from SFSTL.. It was my very first coaster. I loved that ride more than life itself. I was all of like 4 or 5 years old at the time. It's funny how a lot of coaster sites get the new mine train's story all mixed up too. The new mine train is actually what was supposed to be a stand up coaster(called Rail Blazer) that, during it's inaugural season, suffered a fatality. A woman fell from the train and onto the ground below. The ride was closed, and didn't re-open for a whole season if I remember right. The old mine train was right next to the rail blazer. SFSTL sold the mine train, bought Ninja and put the old cars on the Rail Blazers tracks and renamed it River King Mine Train. The building to the old mine train still stands to this day. Sorry for ranting... Just fond memories of my first coaster. :)
I got chewed out by a MS employee for saying this, but why couldn't they get a taller S&S space shot? To me, 100 feet doesn't seem to thrilling.
To Joey Stewart. So what you are saying is that the River King Mine Train was the stand up coaster Rail Blazer. Was the Old Mine Train where the Ninja and Jet Scream were located? What was the Building for the Old Mine Train? Please Respond. Thanks
