Magic Spring= Great Park

I just got back from Magic Springs and Crystal Fall waterpark and these two parks are awesome. I
I cant imaging what an SLC will do for this park. They have lots of flats for the family and some intense Zamperla rides. Also its pretty shady with alot of trees and etc. Arkansas Twister is a airtime full woodie but its extremely short. The ride ops for this ride were extremely efficient. We waited 10 minutes on a saturday and they were only running 1 train!!!! I didn't get to ride the S&S Tower. I wanted to but it looked tooo short. Does anybody know the height of it. Im pretty sure I know where the SLC will be placed. Over by the pond, where the carousel is. It has fun under construction so thats pretty obvious. Big Bad John was horrible. I though it was going to be another mine train ride at SFOT and it had no thrill. It was a bunch of helixes and the drop at the end was lame. Overall for the good staff, cleanliness of the park, rides, I give this park an 8!!! I cant wait to visit when they get that SLC up and operating.!!

Really? I liked Big Bad John when it was at Dollywood as Thunder Express. Not Thrilling, but I thought it was better than the average Mine Train.

Yeah, Big Bad John was horrible. I mean even the drop at the end was expected. All it was was a bunch of helixes. The ending drop at SFOT Mine Train was much more thrilling and unexpected than that one

Magic Springs was a nice park with some nice scenery (I liked looking at the huge catfish on the bridge across the lake).

I just didn't find any of the coasters thrilling I guess the Arkansas Twister is the best wooden coaster in the state though! I thought it was slow and and forceless. I believe that I only felt one or two pops of air on the entire course.

Big Bad John was any thing but big and bad in a bad way. I guess after riding Thunderation at SDC and mine will seem bad! What is up with those big velcro seat belts anyway.

Twist N Shout felt super jerky to me. Super tiny trains may have been the problem with that.

When I was there people in the park were alredy psyked about the SLC. Although some people though it was going to be the biggest and tallest in the world and have 10 inversions and 2 lifthills. It should be a good addition to the park even if it doesn't have 10 inversions!

OMG YEAH Those catfish were Huge with wiskars bigger than cats!!!!. They were bullying the other fish cause they were just sitting there back and the catfish were in the front dictating all the eating!!
I actually slobbered on twist n shout!!! Thats the ride next to Big Bad John and the S&S Tower Right! I loved that ride!!! Yeah my friend is like 6'3 and he had to twist his legs and on top of that staple the velcrow seat. The slc is prolly gonna be over by the pond where the carousel right. Where they have the dip over by big bad john. Arkansas Twister was too short, but I got some airtime on the first hill and the 1st turnover gave me soo much air and the 2nd turnover was too. I still cant believe Crystal Falls made you pay $6 on those stupid rafts only for you to get $1 back lol. I had to steal.
