Magic Mountain's Deja Vu boomerang complete

The boomerang of Deja Vu at Six Flags Magic Mountain is now complete. With two cranes working on-site, construction is flying by at a very fast pace.
Track and supports for X continue to arrive. Landwork also continues in the bus parking lot, and more and more footers are being prepared.

Why is it that Six Flags doesn't like to remove sections of parking lot for construction? I'm not looking for any elaborate landscaping, grass would be fine. Shockwave at SFGAm, Medusa West, part of Titan and now X are all like this. It's just kind of ugly.

Every Deja Vu has been going along smoothly. SFGAm's will probably be open by May 5th.
By the way, if I remember correctly, Raging Bull at Great Americaused some of the parking lot. They just covered it with rocks.
