magic mountain question
What other places are there to go that are close to magic mountain? I mean like are there any water parks, and how close is universal from magic mountain.
If you like rollercoasters and are in So Cal. you HAVE to go to Knotts Berry farm. Ghostrider is one of the greatest things ever built

Hurricane Harbor is located right next door to "the Mountain" and from what i saw, it looked like loads of fun. Maybe if you go to the official Six Flags Website, it will tell you. www.sixflags.com

Universal studios is about 20-30minutes from SFMM, and Knotts is about 30-40 minutes further. Disneyland and DCA are 5min from Knotts.

PGA is probably around 4 hrs. from lake tahoe. On the drive down the mountain all your plastic cans will crumple from the pressure change. =)

A much better water park is Raging Waters. It is probably an 45 minute drive. Wild Rivers isnt so bad, thats about an hour 15. Soak city is at Knotts. and then you got.
and from my experiance, Disneyland is about an hour from MM in moderate traffic.

Raging Waters in Lima California was ranked #& water park in the US, and it lives up to the name:
RAAAGINNNNNNG WAAAAAATERRRS, it's the wetest you can get, RAGING WATERS, It's the WETEST YOU CAN GET!, RAGING WATERS!!!
I miss hearing those commercials every half hour in California.
Just a note Magic Mountian is only open the weekends right now. California Adventure and Knotts is only open till 6pm weekdays for the winter.
