Magic Mountain Needs Fast Lane

For all you people that are againest Fast Lane, well think of it like this You can go wait in the three hour lines in 107 degree temps(it got that hot in the SC Valley this year.) While i will be in the riddler station waiting for my next golden chariot to come and take me away. I can Understand the peeps in ohio complianing about X_flight cuase its alwas down. but Magic Mountain peeps i dont understand?

SFMM has already tested the FastLaneā„¢ system. They figured the guests did not like this park approved method of line "cutting". And because it is unlike Disney, where ANYBODY and at ANYTIME can use the sytem. Six Flags parks charge people for it and they have LIMITED amount of these "FastLane" passes. So it is obviously unfair. The Disney Fast Pass has a patent so SF sort of changed it.
You mean SFMM got rid of FastLane? Or changed it? I remember reading that it did have it.. (the "pay" / line cutting version), and I do think that is morally wrong. Your cutting in line, and others are waiting in the long line... its against Six Flags policy to cut in line, but if you pay them they dont care.

My take towards it...

Well, last time I was at SFMM they already had the Fast Lane put in place first of all, that was a month ago.  (I think that the whole system is just a greedy scheme to make more money and is unfair to the average parkgoer who already spends enough damn money for one day of fun)  Second of all....... Three hour lines?  What the hell time of year do you go to SFMM?  Remind me not to go to the park anywhere near that time!  I usually go at various times throughout the year and don't ever recall three hour lines on anything.  With the exception of when Superman: TE first opened.  (Which in my opinion isn't worth a three minute wait)
If anybody needs fastland, it's nobody. Nobody needs it, but if Six Flags wants to use it, they need to seriously rethink it. Every other park system has it 300% more right. The biggest thing that makes it 299% wrong is how you must pay. It's bad enough if you goto SFGAm, you pay 10 bucks just to park, 39 bucks to get in, and if you don't want to be cut in front of more than already occurs (thanks to poor security, which is most noticable on RB) you have to pay 10 bucks more! Thats 59 bucks, plus food, water, and maybe suvineers. Maybe instead of robbing people, Six Flags should think about using the money to improve the parks which use the system. I know that at SFGAm they really could use some trees for shade... but then the water sales would drop, and corperate SF can't let that happen!

Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?

9/13/01 Thursday, $15.00 for four line jumps, limited quantity so hurry.  One train operation, still no waits at the Mountain except for front/rear seats.  Good thing I didn't hurry. Next up $50.00 multiple re-ride passes, should go over real well with those waiting in line.
So did Magic Mountain get rid of it? I'm going there in December, and I hope it's there. Why is "everyone" against it? "Blaa this. I don't like it because of this... I hate it."

God, I'm sick of people saying that. It gets very annoying. Cutting in front of people, "Ohhh Yeah!"

Fastlane is great ;)
