Magic Mountain getting sued

If you really want to get irritated, check this out:

Apparently another lawsuit by some a-hole claiming Viper is dangerous and with faulty construction. Gee, it's been around for 10 years, I've ridden it about 30 times and never had a problem. Here we go again...
That woman......
Somebody is crying for attention.....
Oh, by the way, the article is wrong. Vyiper not the tallest, Volcano is, and you don't go throught the inversions at 70 mph. But I was expecting that.

In the future it would be helpful if you posted this sort of thing as a news item in the contribute section. Thanks!

Sorry- never posted anything before! Pardon my ignorance!

Volcano? i thought the Steel Phantom is/was the tallest looper?

Wildfire 2001
Steel Phantom is the fastest looping coaster with the longest drop for a looper. Phantom is only 160 feet tall while Viper is 188.

Viper goes through it's loop at 140 feet while Volcano goes through it's tallest inversion at 155. I think Viper has the the tallest loop above ground. *** This post was edited by GRL on 8/12/2000. ***
