Lost Coaster of Calico Mountain?

Ok...don't get me wrong. I have a special place in my heart for the Calico Mine Ride at Knott's. But could you imagine letting CCI have it's way with it? Oh the possibilities! And I think the original structure is larger than Superstition Mountain. whaddaya's think?

I'd hate to see the original trains removed. Perhaps they could integrate BOTH into one attraction? I even had an idea that Knotts would build a similar looking mountain structure across the path where VertiGo used to be and build the CCI there. That would make a nice entry into Ghost Town from the Boardwalk.

Oh, what an awesome idea! Of course, it'd be one less Halloween Haunt attraction, but I'd take it.
How about the Lost Coaster of Phantom Theater? :)

Mamoosh...now yer talking! I really like that ride, but I think this type of ride would fit really well in Ghosttown. Let's keep our fingers crossed. I'll bet money that the idea has crossed their minds. I'm sure they'd wait to see what kind of public response Superstition Mountain receives.

LOL Den! But CCI doesn't set foot NEAR KI.......even though they are located within spitting distance!

Don't.....look.....back! The Headless Horseman awaits you in 2002!
Model coasters and rides

You know, that is a cool idea. It would be an interesting compromise between having a classic ride and getting something interesting and new.

You could keep all the theming (and still have it for haunt), just let CCI recreate the track and add some new trains! In a way, it would be sad, but it would be an update for a ride that would still respect its past! Who's sending this to Jack?? :)
