Lord of the Rings

This question is a bit like the Harry Potter theme park question, but does anybody have ideas for a Lord of the Rings park?

A large turbo-drop or S&S tower, painted black, called Isengard or Orthanc.

A dark ride of some sort called Moria or something to do with Shelob.

An eagle-themed flyer or inverted.

A large, out and back wooden coaster themed to the Riders of Rohan, somehow.

Some kind of steel looping coaster volcanoes and fire called Escape from Mt. Doom or something

A LIM launched coaster that is like what happens when that guy "uses" the ring. (I don't know a lot about Lord of the Rings, Sorry)

No coasters within a 60 mile radius! Boo hoo :(

Build mountain-like terrain, with a really crazy path into the side of it. Put a sign on top that says "Moria." Hire a Balrog entertainer (Yeah, I know... Darn)

The black tower should really be called Barad-Dur.

Build a river going through the map. Put a boat ride on the river and call it "Anduin Boating."

Build stone walls, then place trees all around the walls and make the walls look broken and destroyed (like rubble). This will be Isengard.

That's all... for now. I have to get back to my 8th read of the series!

LOTR ROCKS! IM GOING TO IT ON TUESDAY AT 12:00! I CANT WAIT! I know thats a bit off topic but I just had to say that. Now, as for coasters, I think there should be a large wooden coaster for Treebeard, a cool in and out of the ground mine train for Gimli (located in a Moria section maybe?) and a B&M flyer for the Dark Riders (they've got those cool new steeds you know!!)

Eh, Orthanc is in Isengard, and is black (right? it is in the movie, anyway... it's been a while since I read the books), so still think that works.

Perhaps a few wicked dueling Steeplechases for the Nazgul? They would be jet-black, of course.

Gotta throw some elements from the hobbit in there too. How bout a nice B&M floorless or invert called Smaug: Attack on the Dale. You could then make a flume ride themed to the dwarves(and Bilbo) ride in the barrels to arrive in Dale.

As for LOTR, you could make a kiddie area themed to the shire (as most of the rest of the park will probably be quite dark and scary). You could have a mine train ride called the Minetrain of Moria where you go through an actual underground journey and meet up with the Balrog in the end. You could do another water ride themed to the Corsairs of Umbar and use the pirate theming for that ride. You could also have a big wooden coaster themed to Entwood somehow.

Don't the Nazgul's fly? I'd go with a very fast B&M invert or flyer for that.

I like the LIM coaster idea on when Frodo puts on the ring how it gets all fuzzy and black and white out.

In some cities, it is opening tonight at midnight (which is actually tomorrow because the film doesn't start until 12:01)

Yup! That's what I meant! I can't wait, less than 9 hours left! By the way, since there is a new town I think a city for Rohan would make a nice edition, in fact you could maybe crown the city with a coaster fit for a king (Theoden). Sorry, I know this is cheesy but I just cant wait!

Hehe, it's so funny reading this cuz' it all seems like gibberish if your not a huge fan...:)

I think there could be a pair of racing coasters. One could be themed the Fellowship of the Ring and the other could be Sauron. They would both be racing for the ring and...well you get the idea.
