Loopy Landscapes; Arid Heights. Help!

In the "Arid Heights" scenario, the object is this:

"To have at least 2,000 guests in your park. You must not let the park rating drop below 700 at any time."

In my opinion, that's rather vague. Do I gradually work my way up to 700, then it can't drop below? Is there any time restriction as to when we have to have the 2,000 guests in the park? What I need is the object explained a little more specifically. Thanks in advance!

To have at least 2,000 guests in your park. You must not let the park rating drop below 700 at any time

plain and simple

is the level complete once I have 2,000 guests with a 700+ rating?
Yup. If you allow the rating to go below 700, it gives you a warning on how you'll lose if its down there for more than 2 weeks or so. But otherwise, you can play the scenario for 3 years if you want, or 100 years, just making sure to never get 2000 guests. No time restrictions, only rating.

This is one of the best levels... no time restrictions, no MONEY restrictions.... just play and build to your heart's content!

I LOOVE Arid Heights, I've built my best fantasy parks there.

Thanks for the help. I just wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. I hate when I spend time on a scenario and fail the objective.

You are allowed to let your rating drop for up to a month. If you win the scenario then the park will never be closed and you can keep on playing until you have turned it into your dream park. I also love this scenario because you can do whatever you want, nearly.

Keep your paths clean and keep adding rides and your attendance will eventually rise to 2000. It usually takes me 3 or 4 years to complete it.

Not true if your rating ever drops below 700 for a month at any part of the game you fail and the park is closed this will always happen.

rcpaul, this is true. For the first month or so, you can be below 700. but once you get up to 700, it cant go below it. Kinda like that movie Speed, where once the bus gets above 50mph, it cant go below it or it'll explode. Sorry, now im getting off topic. ;)
