Looping Rolling Thunder?

I know this can't be true. It's late, its been a long day...Xmas day at that....

but-

Is it just me, or does that looks like a looping Bobsled coaster? I even see a bobsled heading up the seemingly double lift hill, but on the looping side.

The only thing I could come up with was that they were tearing down Rolling Thunder and building the Demon at the same time-giving the illusion that the Demon track is a part of the Rolling Thunder track.

That would be pretty awesome. (and prove rcdb wrong in the statistics page, which is unlikely) Look closely though-the pic does suggest some sort of weird hybrid.

Its just an illusion based on the angle of that pic.

The lifthill of Rolling Thunder and the turnaround before the drop on the Demon were pretty close to eachother.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

all you have to do is look at the pics of the top of the lift hill (at its current location at the GE), and you can see the turn, then look back at the SFGAdv and you can see the difference...

LOL, I have a pic of SFStL's mine train that looks like it has inversions as well, where it "lines up" with Ninja....;)
kind of off topic, but I remember rolling thunder's braking to be very rough-which almost kept me from riding disaster transport, for fear of the brakes-did they change it now that it is the Alpine Bobsled?
