I think that it was the Manhattan Express @ the New York New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. It was about 4,700 ft long. The ride's top speed was 67 mph and it rolled through two inversions. Or I could be wrong? The Riddler's Revenge was the second longest looper at 4,370 ft before S.O.B.
Dragon Mountain at Marineland in Ontario Canada. 5500 feet with 4 inversions would be my guess.
The longest steel looping coaster would be California Screamin' at 6,800ft.
It's Dragon Mt. (California Screamin was built after SOB)

Definately Dragon Mountain... over a mile long, and once claimed to be largest steel in the world.
BTW: Great coaster, just needs a little themeing on the ride itself (ok, ok... a lot!).
