long queue lines at closing

Poor X ride ops. I don't think they close the line until closing time (unless the lines pathetically long). It must suck working so long into the night.

Thanks for all the feedback. I will be visiting both CP and PKI this summer, and have only one day at each. I'll hit some of the major rides at opening, before the lines are too long, and hit MF right before closing. In between, I'll try to get in as much else as possible. It's nice to know these little things. With the help of Freeway, I hope to do the park in a day, because who knows if I'll ever get back. It took a long time, years and years, to save up. Being located in Portland, OR, finding the time and money was a headache, but my dream summer awaits! Decided to fit in HW, IB, SFWoA, Lesourdesville, SFKK, and Kennywood,as well. Every day is food, gas, hotel, and car, etc, and I painfully had to excise MA:( Oh well....

I don't criticize any park for its closing policy for queues as long as it is reasonable, fair, and known. Many parks do work under local curfew laws. My home park, SFA, is one of these. After curfew time, it is illegal for them to operate the coasters, even for maintenance tests.

I do have a problem when closing policies are arbitrary, unannounced, or unfair. Fortunately, this seems to be quite rare.
