Logos

Take a look at these two coaster logos I found. The one is from the White Cyclone at Nagashima Spaland and the other is from Mean Streak at Cedar Point. Aren't the similarities frightening? Aren't logos copyrighted and isn't this illegal?

If you look closer White Cyclone is actually diamond shape. That is weird though.
Ha! There are so many similarities between Nagashima Spa Land and Cedar Point...Just ask Peabody or Nasai!

I've thought of NSL as the *exact replica* Cedar Point of Japan! I don't know, thats just always been my oppinion...

'exact' isn't the word, but there's no doubt they have the same vibe. The biggest difference between them is that White Cyclone kicks Mean Streak's tail. With a stick. ;)

Well, I wasn't really talking about the quality of the rides, but hey if you wanna take the post there its all yours,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,. Thanks for the responses guys, I too think they are just too eerily similar. I'll conclude by saying I'm sure white cyclone's logo was um "inspired" by Mean streaks logo.

Logos are usually protected as trademarks. I doubt that CF registered the Mean Streak logo in Japan, and I doubt that Nagashima registered their logo in the US.
