Lockers

Are there lockers to rent at PKI? I like to bring my bookbag with me but I don't want to lug it around all day and would like to rent a locker.

I haven't been to PKI myself, but judging from almost every other park, I'm sure they do.

Welcome back riders, how was your ride...Enjoy your day, here at Cedar Point, America's roller coast.

Yes, and I don't know about the rest of the park, but at Tomb Raider they had computerized lockers where you paid your money at the machine and it gave you a ticket with your locker number and passcode to enter to retrieve items. I guess that system ends the hassle of stolen and lost keys.

PKI has both electronic and coin operated mechanical lockers.

The main locker rental venues are the main gate and accross from the Festhaus. Waterworks by its nature has a large selection of lockers. All off the above are of the coin operated variety and cost about 75 cents every time you wnat to lock the door.

Tomb Raider has a limited number of electronic lockers. I'm sure the main reason for the electrnoics is not lost keys but to implement a 'parking meter' system to encourage short term use and turnover. You see the TR lockers only cost 50 cents PROVIDED you check out within 90 minutes. After that you get fined $1.00 for every hour thereafter. The park guide says Splat City got some lockers but I haven't seen them yet myself.
