3.2.1 launch

http://www.lo-q.com is the official site and it really explains the system.  It provides pictures of the booking stations currently installed at Six Flags Over Georgia.  It also tracks guests and can be used to locate lost children.  Six Flags is supposedly going to install it in 9 more parks for 2002.  They are Great Adventure, Great America, Six Flags New England, Six Flags St. Louis, Marine World, Worlds of Adventure, and all three Texas parks.

Here is a most in depth explanation of Lo-Q.

It is a VERY excellent, in depth informational fan site for

Six Flags Georgia. :)

Chewman is correct, and I do believe it's a "done deal" for those parks.  I think SF decided to try a bunch of systems to find what worked best in terms of "customer satisfaction" and profit.  Thne thing is, I think they failed to account for the difference between the satisfaction of the guests using Lo-Q, and all the other virtual queueing systems, and the rest of the guests (the majority I might add).  I think you have a few satisifed customers, but the BEST you can achieve in terms of total ride capacity is ONE queue, and in order for these systems to do the least damage to max PPH requires alot of additional staff.  I don't think I need to mention that staffing is already "an issue" with some SF parks...still awaiting the outcome of the lawsuit at SFWoA...
