Lines, lines, lines! How bad at IB and Hw.

I am going to Holiday World and Indiana Beach in about 2 weeks during the 4th of july week, but not on the 4th. How bad do you think the lines will be?

Let us get our crystal balls out...

Planned parks: Astroland, Knoebel's, Hersheypark, SFNE, SFGadv,SFGam,CP,PKI,PKD,PCW,HW,Indiana Beach,SFWOA,SFKK,SFDL,SFSTL,Lakemont,DelGrosso's... Need I say more?

It's hard to say...but as I look into my crystal ball (heh) I think the lines will be pretty big, but that's not much of a problem at IB as the lines tend to go fast.

I can't seem to find my Magic eight ball, but I can guess. Usually the lines are little to none at Indiana Beach as long as you don't go on a Saturday.

I was wondering the same thing (since I'll be visiting the exact same time as coasterkid16 is).

Actually...I have a crystal ball here in my office. :)

My recommendation is to come on Sunday (6/30) or Tuesday or Thursday (yes, July 4). Those will be our slower days during the holiday week.

Little to none...as long as you don't go on a Saturday??? How bad are they on Saturdays? b/c that's when I was planning on going, since, so I'm told, traffic in Chicago is better on weekends.

Well, I would think they wouldn't be too bad that Saturday, but there may be a bunch of picnics planned so it could be medium, but don't expect anything huge, I'd say half hour, 45 minute waits AT MOST, most likely shorter. As for those visiting on weekdays, really, little to none. HW shouldn't be too bad. I went on a special day when firefighters, policemen, emt's, and veterans (wartime or not) got in free, and I still rode everything I wanted, and the coasters at least 10 times each, so it shouldn't be too bad. If it's hot, stay away from the waterpark.
