You're going July 4th?
Everyone (including myself) is taking July 4th thru the 6th off work.
Are you staying onsite? If not then you're going to wait. Onsite hotel guests get unlimited express passes. Multi-day ticket holders only get 1 express at a time.
My biggest piece of adivce is to get there when the gate opens and take your first "lap" around the park going clockwise. The park opens at 9am. Be there at 8am and get in line at the gate. Hit Hulk, Spidey, Doom Drop, Rip Saw Falls, Jurassic Park, Flying Unicorn, Dueling Dragons, then go back the same way you came and get an express pass for Hulk or Spidey for the afternoon. Go on Popeye and get soaked, then go thru Posiden's Fury and see the Sinbad show.
Me? I'm going to Discovery Cove on the 4th, they only let 1000 in. Then to Seaworld on Thursday. People should be hung over the day after the 4th, crowds should be less. Go here if you want more advice on IOA.
http://64.225.125.24/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=30 Friday at SWF will be more relaxed. Same rule applies here, get to the park before they open at 9am. Go on JTA first, then Kraken. The line for JTA will quickly become 30 minutes. In the afternoon, these rides have a 1 hour wait. There is enough at SWF to keep you busy the entire day. The shows are great, and the Key West dolphin area is good to hit around 2pm, it's $4 for 4 fish to feed them.
I'll be there Friday, hmmmm... what shirt will I be wearing? Maybe my Raptor or Alphengeist shirt. If you see a father wearing an Inverted shirt with a 10 year old daughter, thats me. I'll be riding Kraken 1st thing Friday morning taking many laps.
