Lights on SOB - CoasterBuzz

I was just wondering if anyone knew if there are lights on SOB. I havent gotten a chance to ride it in the dark yet, but hopefully either tomorrow or tuesday when i go i will.

Most of the lights are under the lift, which make it really look cool. That also means that on the back heliz it is very, very DARK. The first drop and loop area are also very dark.

The only lights on the ride are on the lift hill and the mid course break run in the middle.

Is Son Of Beast running more smoothly? I rode it twice last year, it was pretty painful. But, still alot of fun.

That my friend, is a very hard question, but most people would say yes, it is running more smoothly. Its a finnicky coaster just do to the nature of the ride, but in general, yes, it is running smoother.

The first helix on SOB at night is INTENSE! This thing is awesome, because you can't see anything!

Thanks. And yes, unless you are in the second set of seats in the car it is a smooth ride. Why its the second row of every car I will never know. The back is as rough as last year tho. Overall improvement

if you wanna see a pic of SoB at night drop me a line at my email and ill send ya a pic of it. most are on the lift hill though. driving up to the park after a 8 hour drive at 4 AM it gave a good sight to look at.
