LIGHTHOUSE POINT

What does everyone think about CP's new luxury RV, cottage, and cabin area for 2001? Who thinks that they will probably stay there if they go to CP? I know that I will try to get a Cabin.

I wold love to be able to stay "On" the Point, and I'm sure I will one day. I don't remember from the news story, does any one know what the cabins cost (per night/day).

Cottages and cabins will be between $125 and $200.

between $125-$200
i may as well stay in the breakers.if memory serves me right it only costs $105 a night at breakers.
That is a lot cheaper than I would have expected!!! That means that I'll get my family(23 of us-cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.) a couple cottages for 2001.

Why don't they have a regular campground for just tents?
I think they do in the northeast side of the park.

Nope... no tent camping allowed. I don't think it's that they don't like tents, but if you've ever been there after a downpour, you know just how poorly that park drains water in certain places. Camper Village is instant swamp!
