The proposed Legoland theme park project passed a major hurdle Thursday evening following a public hearing held by the Goshen Town Board. The board voted 4-1 in favor of two local laws amending the town comprehensive plan to allow commercial entertainment. A developer’s agreement and sale of specific town properties to Merlin Entertainments, the Legoland developers, also were approved.
