Legoland Florida benefits local business in first year

Fifty-three weeks into the Legoland Florida era, many Winter Haven businesses say they are seeing 15 percent to 20 percent gains in their sales this year. And those gains are inspiring changes that may have appeared just plain wacky without a million or more tourists driving on Cypress Gardens Boulevard each year.

The details still aren't complete, but it's going to start a steak-eating challenge: A fork, a knife and 30 minutes to eat a 1-pound steak. Finish in time, the steak is free and you get your picture on the wall. Fail the challenge and you'll be paying $75.

That kind of reminds me of Dr. Evil threatening a ransom of "One-MILLION dollars!"

I think the challenge in Texas is 72oz.
