Legitimate Problem, and don't know what to do

I think I must have gotten a virus (Damn McAfee is worthless) and now I can no longer open NoLimits. I get two error messages:

"Nolimitseditor has caused an error in TRIDICDF.DLL", and "Nolimitseditor has caused an error in UNKOWN". Now normally, I would just re-install my software, however, the regestration keys for the program are blank. As in, my regedit shows: RegKey, value equals="", and RegUsername="".

Am I completely damned to buying NoLimits again, or can I be saved?

Why don't you have the e-mail with the serial number?

I don't think I saved the e-mail, however, I book-marked the page that provided that info for me. Unfortunetly, there appears to be some sort of expiration date on how long I can view the page with that info. I will admit that if I had saved that e-mail, I wouldn't be in this situation.

Contact Mad Data from the NoLimitsCoaster.com site. All you'll need is your credit card information. They are very focused on customer support and have helped many others in your situation.
and when you get NL next time, burn it to a CD along with the name and code you need. its what I did and it works perfectly. if I ever need to uninstall NL, I don't have to re-download it or purchase it again or contact the developers to get my username and password again. its all there. make sure you don't close the CD either so you can add on all the updates. if you don't have a CD burner then just save the name and password to a floppy.

uh oh, sounds like someone has a case of the mondays.

Note to self, burn NL.

I love it, other people making mistakes for you, then learning how to prevent them from happening to you.

I hear that, SteelMonsters. Once I got NL, I burned it and saved the serial number and stuff on a CD. Good job to me. I should save the updates on it, too. And some of my tracks in case something happens.
