I've decided to make scrapbooks for my trips to parks and began my first one this weekend to document my Holiday World trip.

At SRM, I saw Legend and Raven t-shirts with poems on the back of them. I believe these were shirts provided at previous SRM's and not available now. What I'm looking for are the poems themselves to incorporate into my scrapbook. I plan to write the poems on to the respective coaster pages.

If you don't wish to post the poems here, you can send them to me email which is located in my profile.

Glad to see someone else who works on coaster scrapbooks! A great place to get ideas is www.dmarie.com

Sorry I can't help you with the t-shirt phrases but I figured I'd 'bump" this thread up so hopefully someone will be able to give you the phrases. Good luck and feel free to post any coaster scrapbook pages :)

Thanks for bumping it up. I wanted a way to showcase my pictures and memories besides my website, and a friend turned me on to scrap books this weekend. I'll be sure to post pictures on my website and let you know.

If I can't find the tshirt phrases here, I may email Holiday World and see if they can provide them.

COMET CURT

As daylight fades to inky darkness, And in nightime we're immersed, Two coasters that we thought we knew, Became something quite perverse. The Raven flies and Legend charges, Into the moonless gloom, As speed increases and forces intensify, "Are we headed to our doom?" The twists and turns, the drops and curves Create a rail-borne riot, The power possessed by these two rides, Manifests in our disquiet. As nightime screams disturb the sky, The evening does portend, No single soul would dare forget, The Raven and The Legend. This is from the SRM 2002 event shirt. Hope this helps.

You may not know it but each coaster has it's own poem or more than one written by Pat Koch.

I would suggest emailing Paula at Fun@holidayworld.com

and asking her if she has a copy. I might wait till the offseason though to do this as they are probably suffering from PRIME TIME bussiness.

Bummer, Chuck....the accident on 64 prevented us from getting to HW early enough for the auction/opening festivities....:(

Next year, we makie SURE to leave plenty of time, I'm not missing out again, esp. after TTM nailed that BIG Banshee sign for *cheap*! ;)

Im not so sure the CD single is OUT OF PRINT. A email to paula might confirm it's history.

After all, we know the proceeds from such things go to good causes.

I will likely contact Paula for the separate poems for Raven and Legend. I knew there were separate ones because I saw people wearing the T-Shirts at SRM 2003.
