Legal Rights?

Is there some legal reason you can't take on ride photos of rides without on ride photo systems installed?

As Jeff, said, it's a hazard. To you and the other riders. What if you lost your grip on your camera and it hit someone?

There IS a "legal reason", of sorts -- parks are protecting themselves from getting sued as the result of irresponsible patrons...

Yes taking you own pictures is dangerous and should be avoided. That being said, I love taking pictures of myself and whomever i am riding with as we are going up the lift hill. I have this wonderful picture on the Mean Streak's lift where I am sitting alone, my mother and sister right behind me, and my father and my (now ex) girlfriend in the row behind them. The real funny thing about the pic is my ex got sheilded by my mom's seat and the only faces you can see are of my fam. I've going to get this one blown up and framed. =]
