Least boring queue line?

yes, I do love that song on Riddlers but the ride attendants probably wanna kill themselves by the end of the day

Ghostrider = good
Although the ride is very lame,i have to say Skull mountain at SFgadv. You actually go in the skull and,at one point the waterfall splashes you as you enter the dark part of it,It is very refreshing on hot days and,if you've never been on the ride before, you have no clue what your going on because it is in the dark and totally hidden.

Top 3 coasters i have ridden..
1)Steel Force,Dorney Park.PA
2)Medusa,sfgadv
3)Batman and Robin the chiller,Batman side.sfgadv
I am sure Nitro will knock steel force out of #1.
I know
Tower of Terror has the best queue in the world!!
Talk about themed!, you don't even know if that first room really moves or not.
Mr. Freeze at SFoT
a cool queue inside an old ice cream building in a nice air condonditioned place (which is great in Texas' summers)
I really enjoyed watching the videos while standing in line for Jaws at Universal Studios Florida. The anouncements made over the PA in T2-3D were also quite funny.
I think the least boring queue is SFGAm's Shockwave. You skip it, to go right to the headache when you get off! I think the headache is why there is no queue.

V2, Deja Vu... how can it be better? Add Viper! Oh, wait. It's already there!
Ha! I beat you all, then on the other hand, not! The Lethal Weapon SLC at Movieworld Australia is themed to a city zone - graffiti, junked cars etc and is located at the back of Chinatown as in the movie LW4.

Once you're in the building, actually a movie theatre, they screen a clip from LW2, the part where Riggs & Murtaugh are chasing the South African in the BMW.

Excellent the first time & I was too excited to ride LW for the first time & couldn't wait for it to finish. :) Now, the park frigging plays the same damn clip every bloody time! Booorrriinggg. Whatever happened to multiple clips??
I would say magnum.....it has great music, and the volleyball games are fun.
Medusa at SFGADV has great queue. i love just watching those trains soar over head, twisting and roaring away!
Did anyone experience Chaos at Opryland during it's first year? It was designed to drive you insane. It was entirely indoors, and every hallway was something different. For example, one hall had HUNDREDS of clocks on the wall, all ticking loudly, at different rates, and out of sync with each other! Another hall had the loudest subwoofer I've ever heard playing a bass tone that would shake every cell in your body. I wish I could remember more. But, when you got to the station, you boarded the 40 car, 80 passanger train, and rode with these things that were like 3d glasses but they altered all the lights and special effects in the ride. It was a fun ride!

IOA in general did a good job w/ its queue lines. I found DD to be a little too dark though. On my last visit, there were even people getting lost b/c it was so dark.

I think that SFMM should get credit for their design of Goliath's queue. The tropical themeing is great along with those misters for hot days.

Another great queue I thought was Kraken's at SWO. When I first saw the sea monster it gave me a laugh, but overall the design and themeing were pretty good. Also I say AMEN to those fans all over the queue b/c they really help with that nasty Orlando humid.

>Batman: The Ride at SFMM has a great que. It is >unique and entertaining.

Uhm, not even. This is standard Batman the Ride theming that Six Flags uses on all their Batman rides, even Batman The Escape. It's far from unique, and the sirens can get annoying.

I don't remember any vollyball stuff at Magnum when I was at Cedar Point, that would have been nice. The MF line was neat because they had a DJ and people were dancing around. The nightclub atmosphere for Riddler's Revenge at MM was good in this regard as well.

The best queue lines I've ever seen are those for Disney and Universal, especially Islands of Adventure. The movie in Dr Doom is hilarious, and the castle for Dueling Dragons is stunning (if long as hell).
Definetly Tower of Terror for me:
Through the iron gates, meandering through the mist filled gardens, then you enter the hotel lobby, into the study for the pre-show presentation, then through the secret door and down into the bolier room. All of it is so eloborately done and contributes to well to the ride.

My name is Jason, and I'm addicted to coasters.

I remember the Kraken queue as a plain concrete building with some stuff (very little) painted on the walls. Maybe it was different when you were there. What was it like? Are you sure your decision wasn't influenced by the ride? (Kraken rocks! ;))
In regards to Kraken

As of the first week of March of this year the queue line was still that "plain concrete building with some stuff painted on the walls." As a matter of fact, one of the paintings should have been at BGW instead... a painting of Nessie poking his/her head out of the loch.

The "interesting" part comes at the end. The exit path leads from the coaster station past the place where you can buy the on ride photo. Then it passes near the part of the coaster that "dives into Kraken's lair". The walk way goes into a cave as well. It is dimly lit with several spherical aquariums in alcoves in the walls. Water is pouring over the outside of these to make them look like spheres of water. Inside them are eels that I supposed to look like hatchlings of the beastie.
Umm...lets see...FOF. DUH!

You can't run and you can't hide...the beasts at PKI

The steel phantom had the best line. All you did was walk on the coaster.

Remember the Steel Phantom will always be with you.

Yeah, you walked on... and most of the times were carried off on a stretcher or back board and wearing a neck brace. *** This post was edited by SLFAKE on 4/6/2001. ***

Chaos at Opryland WAS great! I remember the disembodied voice that would occasionally announce "Time....is running out". That was a great queue.
