Lawsuit seeks to block development of Universal Orlando's new property

NBCUniversal is facing a new lawsuit attempting to block any new theme parks on 475 acres the company acquired in Orlando’s core tourism area last year. Georgia developer Stan Thomas is behind the suit, and once controlled Universal’s land before losing the property in a foreclosure. According to the lawsuit, there are still private restrictions on the land that prevent a large-scale tourist attraction.

It seems like a shakedown .It maybe a legal shakedown. My not a lawyer mindset is if Universal(Vivendi ) put it in deed

(Comcast) Universal can remove it . This guy lost his right to sue over this when he was foreclosed on.

But Universal may pay him to keep it from slowing timeline
