Lawsuit of 6 Flags Stanley Mordarsky

Watching ABC news this morning I caught the end of a gentleman saying "the park has to be held responsible", and along the bottom it read "amusement park held negligent" Does anyone know if this pertains to the case of Stanly J. Mordarsky of Conn.? He is my brother and was killed May 1, 2004 on the Superman roller coaster. Would appreciate any help i could get.

First let me say that all of the coaster riding community morns with you in the death of your brother. It's very hard to see someone lost on an attraction that is designed to be entertaining.

Where " An amusement park manager was found guilty Monday of reckless homicide in the death of a woman who was thrown from a ride last year, but he avoided a murder conviction." The ride in this case was a flat ride in Tennessee where the guilty was accused of tampering with the safety system and rewiring some critical safety components of the ride.

Thank you for the information. Obviously, this is not in regards to my brother. Since the family has kind of blackmarketed me, I can not find out any information from them..

I am the niece of Stanley and the daughter of Stanleys TWIN brother. You are the sister that didnt come around for 30 years until Stanley died and you heard it on TV. So dont act like a saint and dont write lies that my family has blackmarketed you. Your lying and you need to quit. You should have been around for the 30 years before Stanley died! Any information is none of your business, all your after is money, you dont care nothing about our family just like you didnt care for 30 years before his death. You didnt even come or care when your father died!
