Latin Land (Extra Credit Latin Project)

I am in Latin 2, and I have a great idea for my extra credit project! Latin Land! It will be a little model of an amusment park incorporating all the cities we have studied in latin.I thought of it during science. It will have 3 different 'Areas' Pompeii, Alexandria, and Rome, they are the major cities we have studied. I love the idea but I need some help with the attractions! So far I have these...

Egypt:
*Cleopatra's Needles (S&S Towers)
*Raging Nile (Intamin Raft Ride)
*Janus: The Ride (Vekoma Boomerang..get it? Look into the past and future
*Pharos of Fear (It is going to be the lighthouse of Alexandria, but with a drop ride like Tower of Terror in there)

For shops I am going to have A glass blowing shop. Keep in mind I am not making this the world's best model theme park, but I would like some good idea's. I don't want...Build MF or Roar or MAggie...please. I need Shops/Stalls/Main Attractions for Pompeii and Rome. If you could help me out I would love you forever....Nah, nevermind

Pompeii (Sorry I'm only in 8th grade):
*Vesuvius (Intamin LIM inverted like V:TBC)

Rome:
*Caesar's Crisis (B&M Stand-Up)
*Gladiator (GCI Wooden Twister)
*Fall of Rome (Like Escape from Pompeii at BGW)

Pompeii- You could have a V:TBC type ride where it launches out of the volcano and races around a panicing town.

Rome-A coleseum with shops and resturants inside,

I'm feeling kind of anti-creative right now.

Thank you for your great Idea's! I can't believe I didn't think of a V:TBC ride, and I live in Virginia too:) Thank you, and keep up the great Idea's! I will have to take pics of this!

How about the Escape from Pompeii flume ride, I think it's at BGW. It's this themed ride that goes through different scenes and then drops at the end..... like Splash Mountain at Disneyworld.

For the Rome section make a tall white coaster called Pegasus. Make a orange looper called Ring of Fire. Have Pegasus go through the loop of Ring of Fire. Get it? Pegasus goes through the ring of fire. Hope you like my idea.

Wooden GCI with those cool open-front trains, called the Charioteer for Rome...Tiber River Run log flume for Rome...Romulus and Remus (founders of Rome) dueling steel inverteds. A spin-n-spew enclosed, with fog, fire effects, and misters for Pompeii...an "Escape from Pompeii" Shoot-the Chutes...Vesuvius/Pompeii could also make an excellent simulator ride.

in Rome you could have a Coliseum with a Dueling coaster in it called Gladiotor: Good vs. Evil.

For Pompeie have an Intamin blast coaster like Volcano (get it........ good). For Rome have a bumper-boat ride in a bath or something like that. Also in the aquaducts you could put a log flume of some sort. This is going to be a sweet park. Have some circuses (the horse racing places).... makes good money (just kidding). Good luck though!

You say your teacher is liberal? Does your school have an adequete(sp?) computer system? Why not simply make a park in RCT, theme it elaborately, give it those names, make your shops/stalls...mind you your teacher would need to let you install it on his/her computer. It would save you TONS of time(i have tried this idea and gave up after the hours it took to model a small coaster). The teacher should be equally impressed with what you can do in the game (with its Roman Themeing etc.)as he/she would be with a model. Just an idea to save "." some time. Remember time is money!hehe ;)
