Latest Hydra update

http://xtremecoasters.com/index.php?act=construction/dorney

We have just posted the latest construction update of Hydra. The lift hill has now gone higher, There are now supports for what looks like the station and transfers. Also, There is VERY twisted track laying on the ground, It looks like it will be for the possible prelift inversion.

None of the "twisty track" shown is twisty enough for an inversion.
Isn't this against the TOS?
How is this against the TOS? His site did it, so how is it breaking any rules? Ever think he got permission to go over there?

Those 2 pictures... There are 2 VERY twisted track pieces. You can't tell me that they aren't twisted enough to form an inversion. Those 2 pieces look like 2 of the most twisted track pieces i have ever seen from B&M.

sfft freak, how exactly is this against the TOS?

http://dorneyonline.com has updates also.

Ah well, kinda seemed like advertising to me.. thought that was in the TOS somewhere..
LOL Moosh, you're gonna hold onto that theory until the bitter end, eh? (^_^)
Check pictures 15/24 and 16/24 and you can see 2 very twisted track pieces laying on the ground.

Picture 15 shows the where the track ends on the lift. (you can see Steel Force in the background)

Picture 16 shows a cement truck, a bunch of dirt and SF's helix.

Every link you've posted (in this thread and the others) doesn't match up like that. I've learned to dig through and find the pics myself. In this case, I believe it's pics 6 & 18. Not sure why there is always confusion like that.

I think I'm still with 'moosh on those track pieces. Looks like a highly banked "S" curve out of the station to me.

Feels like site promotion to me too. The general rule of thumb is to submit site updates to the news. In the case of the other hydra thread, I felt it was ok to let it slide for the most part because it was directing everyone to pics that backed up the original post. It's a very fine line in my eyes. I'm killing this one for now (maybe someone else will see it differently and re-open this) but for now, it feels way less 'promotional' to continue in the old thread rather than start a new one to annouce a site update. And even then, we all know where to go for almost daily updates now, no need to post "Hey, we updated" every single day.

What Gonchar said. Come on guys, you aren't new around here and you know it's a ban-able offense. Got news, contribute it.
