Six Flags claims it has an ownership interest in a portion of Arrow's assets that include the spare parts and some of the technology developed during the construction of the X coaster. Six Flags objects to the King-Wagner offer because it would give the pair control of all of Arrow's assets, including those related to the X coaster, said David Leta, who is serving as local counsel for the amusement park operator.

Six Flags is being a little too greedy here. Can't they just leave that claim alone and give the company a chance to survive?-----------------
This is business. This is the way things are done. Arrow isnt going to survive in any form.-----------------

Does the word "monopoly" ring a bell? From Six Flags viewpoint, what would be better than to own the rights to the X coaster and any other designs Arrow was working on? They could keep the competition from getting a unique ride.
I think if Six Flags wants to get into building rides then fine, do it in-house. BUT, don't start buying up coaster companies, especially after you are part of the reason the company is in trouble to begin with.

(And this really has nothing to do with Six Flags.)
