Las Vegas ride deals?

My niece and her boyfriend are heading out there for a wedding and don't have a ton of cash. I haven't been out for a couple of years, and am trying to help them plan the trip.

Just wondering if any of the folks here know of any coupons or other deals that my be available for the coasters and other attractions.

Thanks folks!

Go to the 1/2Tix joints, located in front of the Fashion Mall, or in front of M&M World. They have a 40% off Speed all day pass, or 40% off a combo (Speed, Star Trek, Tussads Wax Museum).

Lots of BOGO for Manhattan Express in magazines in the room. Same with the simulators in Excalibur. Also in the magazines, there are $4 off the RAD at Adventuredome.

Most of the taxis/shuttles that you take to and from the airport have free coupon books/ads that you can take.
Sneak on to the rides, make friends with the ride operators, steal some elses tickets. I am going to be going out there a bunch of times this summer, so everyones advice is helping me for the future.

There are these guys on the strip with flyers that they smack in their hands and try to give to you. I think the ride is only implied though with the attractions they're marketing.

There is a "fun card" type city pass I used when I went last fall. I don't remember the name but I picked it up at Planet Hollywood restaurant and it gave use admission to Manhatten express, star trek, adventure dome, Maddam Tussads, the secret garden and many others. I booked it through Orbitz I think. It ended saving use a lot compared to buying the tickets separately. *** Edited 2/17/2008 2:06:31 AM UTC by otterkpr***
^^ I'm not sure that I can afford the rides those guys are handing out "coupons" for. If my wife found out it's half the house, half the savings...

Thanks Agent Johnson. They're staying at Hooters which isn't far from M & M. I'll send them there first, and then on to the monorail.

And I'll have them check on the shuttle too, sws.

All that information is correct but it's called the power pass. Vegas.com sells it for $75 for a one day pass, $98 for a two day pass, $125 for three, and $165 for five. It gets you into most of the attractions on the strip and some off it. The only notable exception is Speed. Here's the link.

Make sure you suggest the all-day monorail pass for $9. Worth every penny.

Most of those attractions are dogs. However, Bonnie Springs Ranch is a winner. Its a great getaway.
