Las Vegas investor says she was scammed by developer proposing Nashville theme park

The developer who announced plans to build a theme park in Spring Hill had previously planned one in Las Vegas. A woman who invested in that project is now warning others not to make the same mistake she did.

I'd love for Nashville to get another park, but the more I hear the more I realize that this isn't it.

Part of me wonders if Baker Leisure Group was one of the involved "investors," or involved at all? They seem to have a track record as late of ridiculous/failed operations and concepts...
