Las Vegas 4/10-4/13

I didn't get on any coasters the first day because I got to Las Vegas to late, but the next day I got on Manhattan Express. It's a good rollercoaster just to bumpy and just too expensive, it was 10$ for one ride or you could get an all-day pass for 30$. I rode it once and a lady was standing there selling re-ride tickets for 5$, so I got another ticket. I rode it again and left because the line was building up.

Today I woke up and went straight to the Stratosphere. We got our tickets for the 2 rides and got in the elevator for the long ride up to the top. We got up to the top and rode High Roller. It was ok, but they should of let you go around atleast 4 times, but they only let you go around 2. We got off of that and ran up the stairs to Big Shot. This ride was awesome. It's not tha I haven't been on one of these before , but it was a different experience to be 1,081ft. off the ground. We got the on-ride photo, took some pictures from the observation deck, and then got back on the elevator. We got the car and drove to the Nascar Cafe which was just a block away. We got our 6$ tickets for Speed:The Ride and walked up the stairway to the loading station where we had to wait just 5 minutes because they were loading us very slowly. The ride was awesome and totally worth the 6$.

Today I woke up pretty early and drove to Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino to ride Desperado. It was a 50 mile drive and took us about 45 minutes to get there. We got there before it opened so we got in line for tickets. I didn't get the all-day pass because I didn't have alot of time so I just got 3 tickets. We got on the second ride of the day and sat in the back row. We went on 2 more times, once in the front and one more time in the back. The ride was very good, but kinda rough. After this we left back for the hotel and then we went to the airport.

Great trip report!! I was there a couple of days before. Was the Manhattan Express open? When I was there I dont think it was working but I could be wrong.

Excuse Me!! I am eating here.
Great TR,

You're right, everyone (including myself) is outraged by the $10 fee on ME, but for some reason, people line up to ride it, I don't know why. It may have to do with the casino location, they get alot of traffic. I've even written them a letter complaining about the price. They sent me two free tickets, but keep the price at $10. They always have 2 for 1 coupons, so you'll see lot's of people standing near the exit trying to sell reride tickets for $5. When I go back this year, I'm not going to ride it.

The rides I'll go on are Big Shot (will probably get a wrist band), Speed, and Desperado.
Its $10 now to ride manhattan express! When I was there it was only $8. But I havent been there in 2 years. Oh yeah Great trip report.
Also if you go to Las Vegas and want to ride Manhattan Express then go to Desperado first because on the ticket stub to Desperado there's a buy one get one free coupon.
