Victor Mears, 65, chaired a meeting in front of creditors claiming refunds from the "Lapland New Forest" park which was forced to close early in the run up to Christmas. The park shut on December 4 last year after more than 5,000 disappointed visitors told trading standards it was nothing more than a "glorified car boot sale".
