Lap Bar Manufacturing

Does it take a long time to make lap bars for coasters, because I heard that the Robin trains have been done, but a direct E-mail by Great Adventure said that Chiller won't open and have all lap bars (including Batman) until 2002. ??? I don't understand this. Someone get this right.

It is true. They have to ship the trains away to a place, i believe in ohio, where they install the lapbars, and change the sides of the trains and the headrests. When Robin begins to work again, Batman will be taken off the tracks and have lapbars installed over the winter. So by 2002, it will be running at full capacity again!
